Job Description – Software Test Engineer
As a Software Test Engineer, candidate will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure quality, performance, and reliability. The role includes both manual and automation testing, identifying defects, bugs, and collaborating with development teams to improve the product quality for better performance.
This position is well-suited and good for fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience who are looking to build a strong career in software testing and QA.
Key Responsibilities
- Need to Perform manual testing on web and software applications
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios
- Identify, document, and track bugs using standard processes
- Execute automation test scripts using Selenium
- Validate application functionality, usability, and performance
- Conduct API testing and basic database validation
- Work closely with developers and QA teams to resolve issues
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of testing results
