About QA Test Engineer Role
We are looking for a candidate who are motivated and detail-focused QA Tester (Fresher) to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, candidates will help to ensure that our software products meet quality standards before they reach users. candidates will test applications, identify issues, and work closely with developers to improve overall product quality.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates between 0 to 1 year experience and who are interested in software testing, eager to learn, and want to build a strong career in Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities of QA Test Engineer
- Candidates should Understand project requirements and assist in creating test cases and test scenarios
- Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications
- Execute test cases and clearly document defects
- Report bugs and follow up until issues are resolved
- Work with developers to reproduce and verify fixes
- Take part in functional, regression, smoke, and usability testing
- Support the preparation of test plans and test reports
- Follow testing standards and best practices under senior QA guidance
Required Skills
- Applicant should have Basic knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and software testing concepts
- Understanding of different testing types such as functional and regression testing
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields (BCA, BSc CS, BE, MCA, etc.)
Good-to-Have Skills
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
- Exposure to automation tools like Selenium
- Understanding of APIs and tools like Postman
- Software testing certification or course from a recognized institute
