General Requirements
- Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025
- Must not be enrolled in full-time postgraduate programs
- No active arrears at the time of joining
- Willingness to relocate anywhere in India
- Open to Indian nationals / OCIs residing in India
For IT & Integrated Smart Operations Roles
- Degree: BCA, BSc (CS/IT/related fields), Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electronics
- Minimum 60% in academics (no rounding off)
- Consistent academic performance (10th, 12th, UG)
For Multicloud / Digital Workplace Services Roles
- Degree: Any 3-year UG program (BCA, BSc, BBA, BCom, BA, etc.)
- Minimum 50% in academics (no rounding off)
Role Overview
As an Analyst Trainee, you will work on core IT operations, support services, or cloud-based environments. Your role will depend on the business unit you are assigned to, but the focus will be on solving real-world technical problems and supporting enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
IT & Smart Operations
- Write database queries and perform CRUD operations
- Develop and execute test cases (manual/automated)
- Analyze and resolve service tickets
- Work with IT Service Management and data tools
- Identify root causes and fix issues
Multicloud
- Monitor servers and manage cloud environments
- Handle incident and service requests
- Follow SOPs and ensure compliance
- Contribute to service improvements
- Support multiple infrastructure technologies
