Job Description – Associate Software Engineer
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will play a dual role involving software development and technical support. The position includes working on customer issues, system enhancements, ERP/MES integrations, and participating in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Approximately 30% of the role involves development tasks, while the rest focuses on support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance in a 24×7 support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve customer-reported technical issues
- Document solutions, root causes, and best practices
- Collaborate with technical teams and customer service
- Participate in product enhancements and improvement initiatives
- Respond promptly to technical assistance requests
- Contribute to support projects with 30% development tasks
- Participate in all SDLC phases:

- Write clean, maintainable code with:
