Associate Software Role Overview
- Developing, designing and maintaining technologies that improve the way our client work. Working in challenging and dynamic environment to create and support technology solutions that meet clients requirements from analyzing to implementation.
- Design, build, test, assemble, and configure applications using the business requirements.
- Understanding the business drivers that will impact performance and deliver software to expectations.
- Participating in the development of automation solutions, new functionalities and technologies to integrate them in the existing solutions.
- Aptitude to learn, Good analytical skills, problem-solving skills and proficient in verbal and communication skills.
- Delivering code in time and reaching the quality expectations and participate in peer reviews.

- Any Year of Pass Out till 2025.
- Highest Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, MSc–> All Branches; MCA –> Integrated Dual Degree Program
- Candidates who completed Full-time Education (Part-time, distance education & diploma are not eligible).
- Applicants should not have more than 23 months of full-time experience.
- The applicants should not have any active backlogs in any semester in the time of registration & onboarding.
- The applicants should not have any gaps during the current highest degree. The Applicant should complete the relevant degree in the stipulated duration. Example: B.Tech/BE must have completed in 4 years and Dual Degree in 5 years.
- Applicant should not have appeared for any Accenture recruitment process in the last 3 months.
- Applicant must be eligible to work in India either by citizenship or valid work permit. Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a visa. Others must have a valid work visa, OCI, or PIO card.

- Mock Assessment: Candidates will get 20 minutes of time to complete mock or a practice assessment . Mock assessment is mandatory and the candidate have to ensure that they have a right hardware, software and good internet connection to complete the assessment.
- Behavioral and Cognitive Assessment: Candidates will get 40 minutes of time to complete the behavioral and cognitive assessment. behavioral assessment is more likely personality assessment and cognitive assessment will more focus on immersive and gamified questions like puzzles and numerical questions.
